raw honey, or maple syrup

paleo flour (coconut or almond flour)

sea salt

nuts of choice
(optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients.
Pour batter into a greased 8 inch square or round pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool, and top with nuts if desired.
